'Feel Better' Classes
These class-style group sessions use Meridian Tapping Techniques in combination with visualisation, positive affirmations and a simple relaxation routine. They are designed to promote overall health and well-being...and of course an opportunity to make new friends!
The importance of relaxation, to take 'time out' from our stressful lives, is well recognised. It gives mind and body a chance to refresh and gain strength, enabling us to cope better and Feel Better.
Visualisation and the use of positive affirmations are great for communicating with our sub-concious mind helping to re-programme us to think and behave in more positive ways. For the spiritually minded, these are also useful tools to work with the Law of Attraction.
Using EFT with these simple techniques, makes them far more powerful. A state of relaxation is easier to achieve, and visualising and affirming are all the more powerful, because you are literally 'tapping' in the positive intentions.
In addition regular use of EFT 'tones up' your body's subtle energy system (Chi), which can also help maintain good health and gets you into the good habit of using this simple technique at home.
