The Poppy Network is a group of like-minded Practitioners, dedicated to the empowerment and spiritual development of women, and to honouring the Divine within.

A fundamental principle of my work is the belief that you are a spark of Divine Creation and therefore already perfect, despite any difficulties or problems you may be going through.

My hope is to enable you to re-connect to who you really are, so that you may recognise your innate strength and power, in the realisation that you are neither defined nor undermined by these difficulties or problems...allowing you to transform yourself and your life."

My approach is for you if...

• you are experiencing difficulties in your life (emotional, physical, spiritual), or
  
• talking about your problems makes you feel uncomfortable, or
• you feel that something is missing, or
• you feel that there must be more to life, or
• you simply want to find out more!

• client autonomy - you are your own healer and counsellor and you are encouraged to find your own answers from within
  
• client uniqueness - each person is unique and sessions are based on individual needs
• client respect - all sessions are completely confidential and non-judgemental
  

The experience...

• Intensive Sessions give you the opportunity to make a real head-start within fewer sessions!
  
• Hourly Sessions can be used for follow-ups after Intensive Sessions.
  
• Reiki Sessions can be given as a one-off, but are most effective as a course of four to six sessions, and regular sessions then contribute to overall health and well-being.

• EFT or Meridian Tapping an excellent therapy and an empowering self-help technique
• Reiki a system for spiritual development and an experience to connect to the energy of the Universe, also known as Chi, Ki or Life-Force
• Intuited Information sometimes provides validation, new perspective or guidance
