I am so excited about all the opportunities that 2012 and beyond will bring for us all!

But of course change, even welcomed change, is not always easy, but you have come to the right place for support and guidance.

Not only do I offer my own teachings, through writing and courses, but I also share information about others that I have found useful too.

Between May and Spetember I offer a limited number of one-to-one sessions for those that need a little bit of extra help, but my key focus is on teaching you to help yourself. I have a series of courses here designed for personal use and also for professional practitioners.
